We welcome all international orders, and ship daily to Australia and Canada, along with diverse countries such as Cyprus, Croatia, Lithuania, UK, Norway, France, South Africa, and even Brazil! The shipping calculated on our site is for domestic orders only. Once your entire order is submitted and paid for, we will calculate the total combined shipping costs to your country, and either refund or invoice you for the difference. All shipping and customs documents are quickly and conservatively completed within 24 hrs and are sent by priority mail.
Puerto Rico, Guam, Alaska and Hawaii are US territories or states, so all domestic shipping rates apply, and are not at international rates, so you will NOT be charged extra for these destinations.

Returns and product guarantee
ScrappyDogs does not charge a re-stocking fee on exchange credit returns. All unused and unmodified parts, except electrical items, may be returned if item is defective upon immediate inspection, and returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit. Items that are not defective, and unused, may be returned still, but buyer must pay for shipping on both sides, to and from. Only the original cost of the product will be credited, minus shipping costs. Items are not considered defective if you ordered the wrong part by mistake or assuming that a part will fit your application. Credit or exchange process may take up to 10 days. Credits must be returned within 30 days of delivery, and be in their orginal packaging. Please call or email to ensure application. Store credits are valid for up to 30 days. There is a 20% restocking fee for cash refunds IF approved in advance.
All ScrappyDogs product is guanteed to be free of reaonable defects on all parts. Standard parts will fit. Performance parts are not guaranteed as there are too many variables involved to assure that they will perform to their highest potential, and are dependent upon proper installation and tuning.
Body parts are not warranted and are considered "unpainted", but may have a black primer coat. As these inexpensive body parts are often packed for space, they may suffer some surface scratches of the primer coat during transportation. This is not considered a defect unless the body panel itself is physically cracked and unusable. Body parts are expected to be painted by the customer or installed as-is.
All tools are sold without warranty and are non-returnable for any reason.
Please inspect all product BEFORE installation as we cannot be held responsible for improperly or misapplied parts. Once you begin installation you have assumed full responsiblity for the product, and SDS or it's affiliates cannot be held liable for anything whatsoever afterwards.
There are no warranties expressed or implied on our wholesale parts. Installers assume responsiblity once the decision to install has been made and effected.
Special Orders: This includes orders for parts that are not normally stocked, and also orders for parts that are known to be out of stock, but are ordered anyways and paid for in advance. All special orders are non refundable, and is industry standard. We do, however, have an exception if special orders are not delivered within 90 days. We typically will refund a pre-paid special order in a shorter amount of time if we find out the part is not available however.
Returns can be made by first simply emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with any supporting evidence and pictures, etc, then, if approved, returning parts to the address above, with printed receipt, and a note explaining the return. You will be emailed a confirmation of your store credit once it has been processed. Processing may take up to 10 days. Parts that are not approved for return beforehand may be delayed.
